BILL TRACKER
BILL TRACKER
This easy to use tool help you keep track of bills of interest to persons with disabilities as they make their way through the legislative process. To learn more about the legislative process, check out our 2025-2026 legislative guide here.
NOTE: The first legislative deadline was Friday, February 20. Bills that did not get voted out of their first legislative committee by this February 20 deadline have been moved to the "inactive" list and are no longer eligible for debate. That means they will not become law this year unless they are amended onto another bill. The next legislative deadline is Friday, March 20. By that date, bills must have been voted out of one chamber (House or Senate) and then out of committee in the opposite chamber. That means House bills need to be voted out of Senate committees, and Senate bills out of House committees. The exceptions are bills that include a tax, spend money, or deal with a government oversight issue.
